Different generations
Back in the old days people use to have a terrible sense of style. Their older generation compared to ours was completely different. For example, my grandparents do not understand my style and I do not understand theirs. Over the years, everything has changed between two generations, especially the education, marriage and children, and jobs.
To begin, let’s see how the educational system has changed. Our parents did not have enough money to pay a fee and they couldn’t allow themselves to leave their homes. We have a chance to study abroad. The old generation went to school but didn’t have to for a job because they had to work at home. My generation is used to having jobs along with school. So, my generation can study at a higher educational system because back then the educational level was much lower than it is now.
Furthermore, the workforce is changing and jobs are opening up. In today’s society we have many job options to choose from so we can have part-time jobs outside of school. It’s easier to find a job now because more employees are needed, but if you have a diploma it makes it easier to find a job. In the past, people worked at home so it was hard to get money. They usually worked in the family business.
Finally, with marriage there is also change. We often get married around the age of 28 and people normally have children at 30. Our parents got married when they were 19-20 years old and had children at 20-22. Nowadays the couples have one or two children because they cannot afford any more children but in the past families wanted more children for work. Everything is getting more expensive, for example colleges are not the same price as before, so it is hard to pay the finances for multiple children.
You can see many different ways between the two generations of people. Overtime things have changed, including the educations, jobs and marriage. In my opinion there are benefits for both generations, with the world expending my grandparents are learning and adapting to new tendencies.
