Nobody wants to be fat. All of us dream and want the perfect body, but not all of us work hard to get this body. Sometimes we just do not want to go to the gym because it takes a lot of time, but if you want the perfect body, you have to go there, even if it takes a lot of time. Researchers says that fitness has a lot of benefit in our life, and it can save us from a lot of disease. Fitness has many positive effects in our life and it can improve us to the best life. The positives effects of being fit are comfortable sleep, a stimulated brain and improved eye sight.
Fitness can make us sleep well. When you have fitness you will be sleep better and longer than other people. Fitness can take the stress from your body, and also can makes bodies comfortable. For example, my friend who is more fit than me sleeps better than me. Our muscles will be better when we sleep. Research says that people who play sports have longer life than other people. With fitness, we can arrange our time and our food, we can eat better and eat a lot of healthy food. If we want our muscles to get stronger we have to sleep 8-10 hours per day.
